Visible in Britain, Invisible in Mauritius: Why pride is so important

To be queer is one thing. To be queer and from a Black and Minority Ethnic background is another but to be queer, BME and descendant from another country where your love is still debated, denied, passed judgement on or erased that is a whole different kind of existence.
