Local HIV charity the Sussex Beacon has said it is “enormously grateful” to the “delightful” Nathaniel J Hall, who took time out of a busy schedule to visit the centre to find out more about their work.
Many will know Nathaniel as Donald Bassett in the hit series It’s A Sin, but he is also a very talented writer, theatre-maker, director, producer and HIV activist. Nathaniel’s show, TOXIC, was extremely well received earlier this week at The Old Market, showing as part of the Brighton Fringe.
The Sussex Beacon added: “Warmest thanks to Nathaniel and his team for their very kind support.”

Scene was founded in Brighton in 1993, at a time when news stories about Pride protests were considered radical.
Since then, Scene has remained proudly independent, building a platform for queer voices. Every subscription helps us to report on the stories that matter to LGBTQ+ people across the UK and beyond.
Your support funds our journalists and contributes to Pride Community Foundation’s grant-making and policy work.
