LGBTQ+ mental health charity MindOut is partnering with Brighton & Hove LGBTQ+ Switchboard‘s domestic abuse service for a weekly live chat to talk through any worries you might have. This service is confidential and anonymous.
Head to the MindOut website and talk to them through the chat box in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen every Monday from 12- 1.30pm.
