Multi-platinum pop sensation MIKA will launch Cardiff’s Pride celebrations next summer with a spectacular headline show at the city’s historic castle.

The BRIT Award and Ivor Novello winner will bring his trademark flair to TK Maxx presents DEPOT Live at Cardiff Castle on Friday, 12 June, promising an unforgettable evening of bold pop brilliance.

Global pop sensation MIKA headlines Cardiff Castle on Friday 12 June 2026, launching Cardiff’s Pride weekend with support from The Feeling and Gwenno.

Joining MIKA on the bill are chart-topping indie-pop favourites The Feeling and acclaimed Welsh artist Gwenno, ensuring a night of music that celebrates diversity and unity in the heart of the capital.

Presented by Pride Cymru in collaboration with promoters DEPOT Live and Cuffe and Taylor, the event marks a major highlight in Cardiff’s cultural calendar.

Since bursting onto the scene in 2007 with his chart-topping single Grace Kelly, MIKA has sold over 10 million albums, earned Gold and Platinum awards in 32 countries, and amassed billions of streams worldwide. His catalogue of genre-defying hits includes LollipopRelax Take It EasyLove Today, and collaborations with stars such as Pharrell Williams and Ariana Grande.

The Feeling, celebrated for singalong anthems like Fill My Little World and Love It When You Call, will deliver a nostalgia-tinged set packed with soaring harmonies and infectious energy.

Opening the night is Cardiff’s own Gwenno, a Mercury Prize-nominated artist whose shimmering synth-pop and bold use of Welsh and Cornish language have made her one of the UK’s most innovative talents.
