The Drag Choir say another ‘THANK YOU’ to the NHS with new video

The Drag Choir, comprising many of the UK’s best drag queens, kings and princes, has once again come together to celebrate the NHS and raise vital funds for NHS Charities Together.
Organised by Miss Crystal, the video sees Anna Nass, Aunty Ginger, Bailey Bubbles, Eva Jenna Talia, Dylan Doe, Ginny Tonic, Leona, Mindy Pendant, Miss Dee Licious, Miss Helix, Miss Penny, Ms Special K, Prince CJ, Roxi Monoxide, Ruby Violet, Stephanie Von Clitz, and Miss Tish Ewe don their finest to perform an uplifting rendition of Dancing in the Street.
Miss Crystal, says: “The idea came about as my mum is an NHS worker and is putting herself at risk every day. I wanted to do something for her and also all key workers to say thank you for everything that they are doing for us at the moment, I put the word out and a bunch of fabulous artists recorded their stuff and sent it to me. And the results are the videos that you see.”

Support independent LGBTQ+ journalism
Scene was founded in Brighton in 1993, at a time when news stories about Pride protests were considered radical. Since then, Scene has remained proudly independent, building a platform for queer voices. Every subscription helps us to report on the stories that matter to LGBTQ+ people across the UK and beyond.
Your support funds our journalists and contributes to Pride Community Foundation’s grant-making and policy work.
