The Queens Arms in George Street are staging a fundraising benefit for Action Medical Research for Children and The Martlets on Tuesday, August 13 from 8.30pm

Entertainment will be provided by, Dave Lynn, Miss Jason and Lola Lasagne.

The evening is hosted by Cubitt & West who are part of Arun Estates, the largest independent Estate Agent in the South East of England.

Cubitt & West have dedicated the whole of 2013 to raising money for The Martlets and Action For Medical Research For Children. To date they have raised over £50,000. Past events included quiz nights, car washes, jumble sales, cake stalls, triathlon, cycling, running, etc. there are lots more events to come.

The Martlets are a local charity offering a hospice facility in the later stages of life and rely purely on donations.

Action For Medical Research For Children are a national charity based in Kent who fund vital research to help babies and children.

Entry is £5 which includes entry to the draw for a bottle of champagne.
