Legends Brighton to hold huge cabaret fundraiser for Australian Red Cross

Legends Brighton have announced a huge Cabaret Fundraiser for the Australian Red Cross on Sunday, January 26 from 3.30pm.

Hosted by the legendary Davina Sparkle, the event, which coincides with Australia Day, will see many of scene’s best cabaret stars performing on the Legends stage to raise vital funds for the fire disaster appeal.

Acts include: Miss Jason, Pat Clutcher, Dave Lynn, Pooh La May, Kara Van Park, Maisie Trollete, Lovinia Belle, Stephanie Von Clitz, Jason Lee, Heart & Soul, Wilma Ballsdrop, Lola Lasagne, Alfie Ordinary, Laura Nixon as Marilyn Monroe, Jonsey as ‘Tom Jones’, Jennie Castell and Miss Disney.

Host Davina Sparkle, says: “I’m excited to be hosting this brilliant Fundraiser for Legends. They have over 18 performers giving up their time for free! As Legends is a top gay cabaret venue in Brighton, it’s fitting that they’ve decided yet again to lead the way…

“Like a lot of us, I have many connections with Australia, including family and dear friends, but it’s the animals as well – when you see it on TV it breaks your heart. This is so important and all the acts jumped at the chance to help.”

Event: Legends Cabaret Fundraiser for the Australian Red Cross.

Where: Legends, 31-34 Marine Parade, Brighton BN2 1TR

When: Sunday, January 26 from 3.30pm.
