# Ginger Johnson to host Drag Raise 2025 to raise funds for National AIDS Trust

**Ginger Johnson**, winner of *RuPaul’s Drag Race* season 5, will host **Drag Raise 2025** to raise funds for **National AIDS Trust** on **3 July 2025**.

After an inaugural event last year that guests acclaimed as “a fantastic night, for a fantastic cause”, “a heart-full evening” and “the best event of its kind I’ve ever been to,” National AIDS Trust will be bringing their flagship Drag Raise fundraising evening back to **Diageo**’s central London HQ on **3 July 2025**.

Last year’s event raised more than £18,000 to support National AIDS Trust’s work to end HIV stigma and stop new HIV transmissions.

Ginger Johnson will host this year’s event on 3 July, which will also feature bespoke cocktails, delicious canapés, a popup MAC makeup artist station, a luxury auction and a raffle with some exclusive prizes, alongside performances from the star-studded lineup, including:

**Tayce** – winner of 2024’s *Strictly Christmas Special*, and one of the icons of *RuPaul’s Drag Race UK* – will also appear.  
**H​äns Off**  – winner of Europe’s biggest Drag King competition **MAN UP** in 2022,  
**Sue Pertrouper –** vibrant performer and HIV activist  
**MYNXIE –** drag artist, DJ and nightlife stalwart, complete the line-up.

Ginger Johnson said: “I am delighted to be working with the National AIDS Trust and am honoured to play a small part in supporting the crucial work that they do. It’s going to be a fabulous event!”
