After three years at the helm of The Queens Arms, Barry Nelson is moving on to new challenges. When Barry took over the reins, The Queens Arms was in need of a face lift to re-establish it as a full-time cabaret bar. That was his aim and this he has now achieved. A full refurbishment in October 2014

To help promote LGBT poetry, Camden LGBT Forum have created the post of First LGBT Poet Laureate. The recipient of the title “First LGBT Poet Laureate” which will be formally announced during LGBT History Month in February is Trudy Howson.
