Grief Meets: Exploring Healing Pathways

Grief Meets are monthly informal meetings for LGBTQ people who have experienced a bereavement. Groups will explore a particular theme each month, often using a creative outlet, and are an opportunity to meet with others.

In this session we will work on how to connect deeply with the self to help us walk a path to healing through the use of meditation, visualisation and affirmations.

Free, but please RSVP to let us know you are coming. Refreshments provided.

Support independent LGBTQ+ journalism

Scene was founded in Brighton in 1993, at a time when news stories about Pride protests were considered radical.

Since then, Scene has remained proudly independent, building a platform for queer voices. Every subscription helps us to report on the stories that matter to LGBTQ+ people across the UK and beyond.

Your support funds our journalists and contributes to Pride Community Foundation’s grant-making and policy work.
