“Stephen and I grabbed the opportunity with both hands to raise money for our favourite charities when given the chance.
“What a fantastic experience it was. We were nervous and the questions pretty hard but we both had a great time especially meeting the legendary Davina McCall.
“Unfortunately we did not win, but managed to come away with £2500 each.
“The charities I chose to donate to are Peer Action, Sussex Beacon and Brighton Gay Men’s Chourus. They are all close to my heart and I’ve seen all the great work they all do to improve peoples lives.”

Since then, Scene has remained proudly independent, building a platform for queer voices. Every subscription helps us to report on the stories that matter to LGBTQ+ people across the UK and beyond.
