Sunday May 18 sees the return of the 10 kilometre Heroes and Villians run.

This year for the first time Peer Action, the HIV charity has a hypnotherapist and personal trainer (Matthew Etherington from Fitness First) running to raise money for the charity.
Matt, said: “I’m really pleased to be running for Peer Action, this charity has gone from strength to strength over the last couple of years by arranging social events for people living with or affected by HIV. I’ve been working with Peer Action for over a year on therapy days and other social events, so it’s really exciting to now be raising money and raising their profile further.
“As a younger member of the steering group, it’s my hope to reach out to younger people living with or effected by HIV, by using my professional qualifications to run alternative fitness related events for Peer Action.”
The event takes place between Hove Lawns and Hove Lagoon – if you’re available on the day go down and show your support.
