The Roast of Sally Vate – a Legends Brighton fundraiser – raised £600 for local HIV charity Lunch Positive on Sunday, April 6.

Hosted by Lola Lasagne, the event saw Martha D’Arthur, Chris Ashton-Hollis, Rose Garden and Mrs Moore ‘roast’ Brighton sweetheart Sally Vate, and nothing (and no one) was off limits!

Legends Brighton said: “What a superbly brilliant afternoon! Thank you to the host of the roast, the brilliant Lola Lasagne – you were evil and we loved it! And to the roasters Mrs Moore, Martha D’Arthur, Rose Garden and Chris Ashton-Hollis who totally slayed.

“Sally’s charity of choice for the day was the incredible Lunch Positive, and we were delighted to pass over this morning the grand sum of £600.”

Lunch Positive added: “It was a brilliant afternoon. Lunch Positive is so grateful for the support! Love and thanks to everyone.”
