Metrobus collaborating with Crawley Pride for third annual Pride Roadshow

Metrobus is collaborating with Crawley Pride to bring you the third annual Pride Roadshow tomorrow, Friday, 18 July.

This year's journey will depart Pease Pottage services at 6.30pm, before stopping at Crawley Bus Station from 7 - 7.15pm and then making another pit stop at Gatwick Airport South Terminal at around 8pm before returning to Pease Pottage at 8.30pm.

The Crawley Pride team will join Metrobus colleagues and resident drag queen Mary Hinge for the roadshow, ahead of Crawley's main Pride event on 16 August.

Metrobus said: "Come and say hello to the team, or just give them a wave as they pass on an open top bus! Our special Metrobus Pride Bus will also be travelling the route in all its colourful glory."

Scene was founded in Brighton in 1993, at a time when news stories about Pride protests were considered radical.

Since then, Scene has remained proudly independent, building a platform for queer voices. Every subscription helps us to report on the stories that matter to LGBTQ+ people across the UK and beyond.

Your support funds our journalists and contributes to Pride Community Foundation’s grant-making and policy work.
