The Pink Singers, London’s leading LGBTQ+ choir, has just released its latest virtual choir project with a video cover of the 80s synthpop classic Together in Electric Dreams. Featuring over 130 LGBTQ+ singers and musicians from around the world, the video aims to bring a little bit of queer joy in these challenging times and show that even when people are ‘miles and miles away… love never ends’.
Paul Truesdale, chair of The Pink Singers, said “It’s now a year since our last stage concert, but we’re still here and still singing proud. It’s been wonderful to welcome back so many old friends to sing with us again.
“As an LGBTQ+ group, we understand the power of music in bringing people together even in dark times. This video is for everyone who is feeling alone and needs a little joy in their life.”

Scene was founded in Brighton in 1993, at a time when news stories about Pride protests were considered radical. Since then, Scene has remained proudly independent, building a platform for queer voices. Every subscription helps us to report on the stories that matter to LGBTQ+ people across the UK and beyond.
Your support funds our journalists and contributes to Pride Community Foundation’s grant-making and policy work.
