With support from LGBT+ Consortium’s LGBT+ Futures Equity Fund, the Clare Project (TCP), the charity supporting trans, non-binary and intersex adults in Sussex, has introduced a new role in order to support the development of its Community Investment Programme.
With support of TCP’s leadership team, and working closely with trans, non-binary and intersex (TNBI) communities who use TCP’s psychosocial support services, the role will continue to build on TCP’s governance and practices to ensure inclusivity of diverse communities across Sussex.
To share this expertise, the Development Coordinator will also lead in curating, developing and delivering opportunities which seek to empower and upskill community members in their growing organisations.
Deadline for applications is 9am on Friday, September 16.
