NHS Sussex has launched a new survey to understand your experiences and views of the health and care services in Brighton & Hove.
NHS Sussex has launched a new survey to understand your experiences and views of the health and care services in Brighton & Hove.
The survey comes as NHS health and care partners are developing a five year plan that will set out how they will make improvements to local services and the health of local people now and for the future.
Your responses in the survey will support the development of the plan and the further work in key priority areas including emergency care, primary care such as GP surgeries and dentists, elective care and mental health.
