A proposed LEGO set commemorating the Stonewall National Monument is gaining significant traction online, with growing support for it to become an official product. Designed by amateur LEGO artist Feacebricks, the set pays tribute to the birthplace of the modern LGBTQ+ rights movement in New York City and is currently under review by LEGO’s official Ideas platform.
The model, composed of approximately 3,750 pieces, features a detailed recreation of the Stonewall Inn, Christopher Street and Christopher Park - including the Gay Liberation sculpture by George Segal. It also includes 13 custom minifigures representing a diverse spectrum of LGBTQ identities, such as a non-binary drag queen, a trans woman, same-sex couples, and iconic figures like Marsha P. Johnson and Sylvia Rivera.

Feacebricks, known for his previous LEGO Ideas submission inspired by the graphic novel Heartstopper, describes his work as a celebration of peace, love, and LGBTQ+ representation. His Stonewall set has already surpassed 10,000 votes on the LEGO Ideas platform, qualifying it for official review by LEGO’s design and product team.
Supporters have praised the set for its authenticity and educational value. The model includes symbolic details such as rainbow crosswalks, a brown New York-style street sign, and imagined interiors like a bar, a trans LEGO fan’s apartment, and an LGBTQ+ helpline office. Fans have expressed enthusiasm on social media, with many saying they would purchase the set or even buy instructions if it doesn’t make it to production.
If approved, the set will enter LEGO’s development phase, where it will be refined for packaging, instructions, and marketing.
