Two of Brighton’s LGBTQ+ venues – Centre Stage and Legends Brighton – are to raise funds for the Sussex Beacon on World AIDS Day – Thursday, December 1.
Two of Brighton’s LGBTQ+ venues – Centre Stage and Legends Brighton – are to raise funds for the Sussex Beacon on World AIDS Day – Thursday, December 1.
The Centre Stage event kicks off at 7pm with the incredible Angie Brown and a fabulous line up, including: Dave Lynn, Terry Tour, Portia de Fosse, Linda Matthews, The Only Ruffles, Aunty Ginger and Tanya Hyde. Free entry but dig deep!
The Sussex Beacon said: “We’re thrilled that Centre Stage Brighton are holding a major fundraising event on World AIDS Day, in aid of the Sussex Beacon.
“Many thanks to Phil & Paul, as well as everyone else involved in making this what is undoubtedly going to be an amazing evening. We hope to see you then!”

Kicking off at 7.30pm (and running until late), the Legends Brighton event will be hosted by the absolutely fabulous Davina Sparkle. Expect hours of incredible entertainment from Cosmic, Cherry Bomb, Marsha Mallow, Billie Gold, Shallow Vera Drag, Lovinia Belle, Kara Van-Park, Miles Elliot and Rob Taylor. Entry: free before 6pm, £5 donation after.

World AIDS Day takes place on December 1 every year. It is an international day dedicated to raise awareness of HIV, stamp out stigma, and remember those we have lost.
