Rihanna recruits Elon Musk’s trans daughter, Vivian Wilson, for Valentine’s campaign
Rihanna has tapped Vivian Jenna Wilson - the 21-year-old trans daughter of tech billionaire Elon Musk - to star in her latest Savage X Fenty Valentine’s Day campaign, titled Love So Savage: A Modern Ode to Aphrodite.
The campaign, unveiled this week, celebrates inclusivity and empowerment with a romantic aesthetic of lace, silk and bold reds. Vivian appears alongside Rihanna herself, actress Lovie Simone, model Emma Arletta and actor Michael Cooper Jr, showcasing lingerie and loungewear designed for all body types, with sizes ranging from XXS to 4XL and cup sizes up to H.
Vivian, who made headlines after publicly distancing herself from her father and embracing her identity, has quickly become a rising star in fashion. Born in Los Angeles in 2004, Vivian is Musk’s eldest daughter with author Justine Musk. She came out as trans at 16 and legally changed her name and gender marker in 2022, taking her mother’s surname to sever ties with her father. Vivian has spoken candidly about her estrangement from Musk, describing him as “cold” and “quick to anger,” and has not had contact with him since 2020.

Far from the billionaire lifestyle, Vivian lives independently with roommates and has criticised wealth inequality and anti‑trans rhetoric in politics. She first gained attention with a Teen Vogue cover story in 2025, where she discussed her identity and independence. Later that year, she debuted at New York Fashion Week, walking for designers including Prabal Gurung and Alexis Bittar, and signed with CAA. She now boasts over one million Instagram followers and has fronted campaigns for queer-owned brands.
The Valentine’s collection, priced between $22.95 and $94.95 for members, features floral lace balconette bras, matching skirts, boxers and sheer stockings - pieces that blend sensuality with strength.
