New chemsex study seeks participants
New research from the University of Portsmouth is to investigate the accessibility of drug counselling services and sexual health clinics by gay, bisexual and men who have sex with men (GBMSM) drug users in England from a harm reduction perspective.
New research from the University of Portsmouth is to investigate the accessibility of drug counselling services and sexual health clinics by gay, bisexual and men who have sex with men (GBMSM) drug users in England from a harm reduction perspective.
Veronika Carruthers, a PhD Student in the University’s School of Criminology & Criminal Justice, is looking for people aged 18+ who identify as GBMSM or queer, that have experience attending drug counselling services or sexual health clinics in England, and currently or previously have used illicit substances before or during sexual intercourse.
Participants would be required to dedicate one hour of their time for a face-to-face or Zoom interview with Veronika at a time of their choosing. Any identifiable details of participants will be kept confidential.
All participants will be entered into a draw to win a breakfast for two at Farm Kitchen, Southsea.
