MindOut Brighton the LGBTQ+ mental health charity, has lots of new themed sessions through its online support service coming up. These sessions are a great opportunity to chat to trained volunteers and staff about specific issues and identities though the instant message service on the MindOut website.

Themed sessions: Every Wednesday (12-1pm) for People of Colour; every Friday (12-1.30pm) for trans and non-binary people; alternate Tuesdays (March 15 & 29, 12-1.30pm): Work It Out (for people in payed employment); Saturday, March 19 (2-4pm) for people living with HIV; alternate Mondays (March 21 & April 4, 12-1.30pm) housing advocacy; Sunday, March 27 (2-4pm) for people living with PTSD; first Tuesday of every month (12-1.30pm) ‘Ask Me Anything’ with a MindOut counsellor.

The charity alo has open sessions Monday to Thursday (5.30-7.30pm) and weekends (2-4pm) where you can talk about anything relating to LGBTQ+ identities and mental health.
