Brighton & Hove City Council is inviting LGBTQ+ communities to attend its free menopause awareness session at the Ledward Centre, 14a Jubilee St, Brighton BN1 1GE on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 from 12pm. Book your FREE place here.

This is an educational session that aims to help you gain an understanding of the menopause so you will be able to better support yourself, staff, colleagues, family, and friends through this phase of your life.

Event content:

  • Why menopause is your business and how you can support staff to thrive at work
  • What is the menopause@work project and what free support they can offer you
  • Free and easy to implement support and resources
  • Questions

Event schedule:

12 – 12.30pm: Lunch and networking.
12.30 – 1pm: Making menopause your business and the menopause@work project
1.30 – 2pm: Menopause impact discussion – experience at work & what would help
1.30 – 2pm: Questions

If you would like to ask questions in advance, you can submit questions which will be answered anonymously on the day to Workplacehealth@brighton-hove.gov.uk.
