Marlborough Productions, the leading UK producer of queer-led, intersectional performances, parties and community gatherings, is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic General Manager to join its team. As General Manager you will hold areas of responsibility for administration, fundraising and contribute to communications and will work with the Executive and Creative Directors to deliver Marlborough Productions’ programmes and projects. You will be joining a small, hard-working team at an exciting time for the organisation, which is looking for a self-starter and a team player.
Marlborough Productions is particularly keen to receive applications from people of colour and disabled applicants, in recognition of the fact that these groups are currently underrepresented in the sector, and can guarantee an interview for all those who demonstrate how they meet the ‘essential’ criteria.
