Grief Meets Sculpting from Brighton & Hove LGBTQ+ Switchboard to take place on Wednesday, February 22

Brighton & Hove LGBTQ+ Switchboard‘s Grief Meets – a monthly group for LGBTQ people who have experienced a bereavement – will next take place at the Brighthelm Centre, Brighton on Wednesday, February 22 from 2 – 4pm.

The group explores a particular theme each month – this month sculpting – usually using a creative outlet. Each session is an opportunity to meet with others and explore grief.

Brighton & Hove LGBTQ+ Switchboard say: “This session will incorporate art therapy techniques and explore how we can use clay sculpting to channel our feelings of grief within a safe and affirming environment.”
