Following the announcement of a Rainbow Run to raise funds for Brighton Rainbow Fund, LGBTQ+ running group Brighton & Hove Frontrunners has announced its Couch to 5K course in partnership with Brighton and Hove Rainbow 5k Run 2023!
Following the announcement of a Rainbow Run to raise funds for Brighton Rainbow Fund, LGBTQ+ running group Brighton & Hove Frontrunners has announced its Couch to 5K course in partnership with Brighton and Hove Rainbow 5k Run 2023!
This eight-week course commences Wednesday, June 7 at 7pm – and then every Wednesday thereafter until the Rainbow Run on Friday, August 4 – and will be led by a qualified leader in run fitness, with access to a WhatsApp group for updates and support!
Meeting point is the bike/bus shelter behind King Alfred carpark. Cost: £20, including Rainbow Run entry.
