Brighton & Hove eateries come together to raise funds for the Sussex Beacon
Over £1,720 was raised at the evening, with delicious, mouth-watering arancini all round, plus some friendly gastronomic rivalry along the way.
Brighton & Hove eateries Cin Cin, Nostos Hove, Chilli Pickle, Wild Flor and Boho Gelato came together at the end of March for an Arancini Charity Event to raise funds for local HIV charity, the Sussex Beacon.
Over £1,720 was raised at the evening, with delicious, mouth-watering arancini all round, plus some friendly gastronomic rivalry along the way.
The Sussex Beacon said: “It was truly an evening to remember. Our warmest thanks to Friends of Sussex Hospices for donating a massive Stas Chocolatier Easter Egg, one of a number of raffle prizes attracting great interest on the night.
“Our heartfelt thanks also to everyone who attended and gave so generously. The event raised a massive £1,720, for the Sussex Beacon, which will really help us continue our vital work, supporting and caring for people living with HIV in Sussex.”
