RuPaul’s Drag Race UK queen Baga Chipz is to headline High Wycombe Pride, which will take place on Saturday, August 23.
Baga Chipz competed in the first season of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK and has since appeared on Celebrity X Factor, Celebrity Master Chef, Ackley Bridge and played Margaret Thatcher in Prince Andrew: The Musical.
High Wycombe Pride day will include a march starting at 2pm as well as stalls, speeches, entertainment and family-friendly fun.
Organiser Matt Scott said: “The reaction every year is amazing, and we keep getting bigger and bigger.”
The entertainment will be hosted by drag queen Luna Cortez, winner of the ‘Queen of Clapham’, who has taken part in High Wycombe Pride every year since it began.
Other acts announced include singer Georgia Michel, The Marys and drag queen Heidi Wurst.
