Arts Council funds new play by local author

The London Gay Men’s Chorus (LGMC) celebrates its Silver Jubilee with a special gala concert at the Southbank Centre’s Royal Festival Hall on November 27. The LGMC began in 1991 when 9 friends sang at Angel tube station to raise money for the Terrence Higgins Trust.
Duke of York’s to screen classic LGBT film
Black British LGBT classic film to be screened at Brighton’s Duke of Yorks Picture House in November. On November 6 2016, Legacy Film will screen ‘The Passion of Remembrance’, the 1986 groundbreaking feature film by Isaac Julien and Maureen Blackwood that defined the Black experience in the UK.
