ON SATURDAY, December 6, sixty same sex familes and their children attended the Rainbow Families Christmas Party at BHASVIC sixth form college on Old Shoreham Road.
There was more than 100 children present to enjoy the buffet and games before Santa or was that Mother Claus made an appearance around 2.30pm and gave a present to each child present.
Mum of six children and committee member of the LGBT Community Safety Forum, Sam Colderwood, said: “What a wonderful event. It is fantastic to see so many happy contented childen here enjoying themselves.”
