LGBT Switchboard is looking for Listening Volunteers to answer phonecalls, emails and webchats to support LGBTQ+ people with questions or who just want to chat.

Are you passionate about supporting the LGBTQ+ community? Are you a good listener who wants to develop your listening skills?

If you answer YES to these questions, and are are organised, reliable and comfortable using computers and smartphones, then LGBT Switchboard is looking for Listening Volunteers to answer phonecalls, emails and webchats to support LGBTQ+ people with questions or who just want to chat.

You’ll commit to:

– Three sessions of online training
– Two shifts a month once you’re qualified.
