Brighton Kemptown MP meets PCC to discuss local policing issues

Simon Kirby, MP for Brighton Kemptown & Peacehaven meets with the Sussex Police and Crime Commissioner, Katy Bourne to discuss local policing and issues raised by local residents.

They discussed among other matters, the recent robberies in Peacehaven as well as anti-social behaviour at the Meridian Centre.
On the very day they met there was a break-in at the Post Office in Telscombe Cliffs.
Simon said: “I meet regularly with the Police and welcomed the opportunity to speak to Katy about many issues including the recent events in Peacehaven and Telscombe Cliffs which I know are of great concern to many local residents.”
The Police and Crime Commissioner is currently asking local people to give their feedback on the 2017/18 Sussex Police Precept Consultation which includes questions about modernising and strengthening the police service,
