Local HIV charity **Lunch Positive** is launching a pilot programme of six wellbeing workshops for people living with HIV in Sussex.

Facilitated by writer, editor and educator, **Simon Maddrell**, a member of Lunch Positive who also lives with HIV in Brighton & Hove, the series of six workshops will run from **Wednesday, September 18** till **Wednesday, October 23**. Each workshop will focus on reading and listening to a variety of work (memoir, poetry, prose, spoken word) written by and about people who live or have lived with HIV. Participants will also have the opportunity, through guided exercises and prompts to write about and share their experiences.

**Words for Wellbeing Workshops – Living with HIV** with **Lunch Positive** and **Simon Maddrell** at **The Sanctuary, Dorset Gardens Methodist Church**, Brighton BN2 1RL from **Wednesday, September 18 to Wednesday, October 23 2024** from **2-5pm** or **6-9pm.**
