# THT announces Understanding Stigma and Building Confidence and Resilience workshops

This month, sexual health/HIV charity **Terrence Higgins Trust** (THT) is running free and confidential online living well group to help people living with HIV build confidence to tackle stigma – whatever stigma means to them.

Whether you’ve been living with HIV for a number of years, or are more recently diagnosed, over the course of three sessions, you’ll build a toolkit to understand and address HIV stigma, build your confidence and self-esteem, and build resilience for the future. These workshops are **open to anyone living with HIV** and resident anywhere within the UK and Northern Ireland.

The sessions, which will be hosted on **Zoom**, will run for three consecutive Wednesdays from **Wednesday, September 15** starting at **6pm** and will last up to two hours each. THT would encourage you to attend all three sessions to get the most out of workshops.
