Join the [**Survivors’ Network**](https://survivorsnetwork.org.uk/?ref=scenemag.co.uk), which supports people who have experienced sexual violence and abuse, for a seven-week online group, from **7.30-9pm** on **Thursday evenings**, beginning **February 11**.​​In this group you will explore what self-compassion is. Topics covered will include self-criticism, mindful compassion and regulating emotions, alongside using creative arts activities to build new skills for increasing self-compassion and being kind to yourself.​​The group is led by Survivors’ Network group facilitators and is open to anyone on the counselling waiting list who identifies as a woman or non-binary.​​If you are interested in learning more, email [groupwork@survivorsnetwork.org.uk](mailto:groupwork@survivorsnetwork.org.uk) by **Friday, January 22**.
