The **Linden Archives** will open its queer archive on **Northern England** in the ‘90s at special exhibition and panel discussion for **LGBT+ History Month 2025** on **February 13** at **York St John University**.

The event, which will focus on the 1990s club and pub scene across northern England, will include a curated exhibition and ‘thought-provoking’ panel discussions.

**Jake Furby**, **York LGBT Forum** trustee, said: “LGBT+ History Month serves as a reminder of the struggles and triumphs of the LGBTQ+ community.

“Through this event, we hope to honour that legacy, foster dialogue, and invite everyone – allies and community members alike – to actively engage with this vital history.”

Head along for an evening with **Stuart Linden Rhodes** and the Linden Archives, looking at photographs from the UK queer scene of the 1990s taken for *Gay Times* and *All Points North* magazines, and hearing the stories behind them.
