As transgender support and social group **The Clare Project** embarks on their 20th year as an essential service for the trans, non-binary, intersex and gender-variant (TNBI) community across East Sussex, they are looking for a new addition to the team to support the charity during an exciting period of growth.

The **TNBI Development Worker** role will take a lead in ensuring The Clare Project’s community-led approach is both sustainable and representative of their unique work. Other responsibilities include supporting the charity in expanding their TNBI inclusion and awareness training offering; developing their volunteer package; contributing to their commitment towards improving the accessibility of services for those from under-represented groups in the TNBI community, and more.

The role will be contracted at 12 hours per week, **£24,500** pro rata (**£8,167** per annum), fixed term contract for 12 months with extension subject to funding. Occasional/optional overtime. Freelance enquiries welcome.

Deadline for applications is **9am** on **Friday, July 24**; interviews (online via Zoom) will be **Wednesday, July 29**.
