# Themed sessions with LGBTQ+ mental health charity, MindOut

**MindOut Brighton** the LGBTQ+ mental health charity, has lots of new **themed sessions** through its **online support service** coming up. These sessions are a great opportunity to chat to trained volunteers and staff about specific issues and identities though the instant message service on [the MindOut website](https://mindout.org.uk/?ref=scenemag.co.uk).

**Themed sessions:** Every **Wednesday** (**12-1pm**) for People of Colour; every **Friday** (**12-1.30pm**) for trans and non-binary people; alternate **Tuesdays** (**March 15** & **29**, **12-1.30pm**): **Work It Out** (for people in payed employment); **Saturday, March 19** (**2-4pm**) for people living with HIV; alternate **Mondays** (**March 21** & **April 4**, **12-1.30pm**) housing advocacy; **Sunday, March 27** (**2-4pm**) for people living with PTSD; first **Tuesday** of every month (**12-1.30pm**) ‘**Ask Me Anything’** with a MindOut counsellor.

The charity alo has open sessions **Monday** to **Thursday** (**5.30-7.30pm**) and weekends (**2-4pm**) where you can talk about anything relating to LGBTQ+ identities and mental health.
