**[MindOut](https://mindout.org.uk/?ref=scenemag.co.uk)**, the LGBTQ+ mental health service, offers friendly, supportive groups for our LGBTQ+ communities, where you can share your experiences, talk about how you manage and find out what helps others.

The **Peer Support Groups** offer spaces to meet and connect with other people with similar life experiences, giving a sense of belonging and community connection.

All MindOut groups are confidential, non-judgmental, independent from other services, free of charge and run by experienced LGBTQ+ mental health workers. The groups are currently online via **Zoom**, as well as offering small face-to-face groups.
