LGBTQ+ mental health charity **MindOut** is partnering with **Brighton & Hove LGBTQ+ Switchboard**‘s domestic abuse service for a weekly live chat to talk through any worries you might have. This service is confidential and anonymous.

Head to [the MindOut website](https://mindout.org.uk/?ref=scenemag.co.uk) and talk to them through the chat box in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen every **Monday** from **12- 1.30pm**.
