Mind Body Spirit, a festival of self-exploration, self-empowerment and self-improvement, will be taking place at the Brighton Centre from Friday, November 1 to Sunday, November 3.

This year’s festival features a range of concerts, kirtan, dance, demonstrations, shamanic drumming, mediumship, yoga, and workshops, including: The Alpha Wolf – Modern Masculinity with Nick Clements; Inviting Intimacy with Tantra; Loveability: To Know How To Love and Be Loved with Robert Holden; and Ecstatic Breathwork – How to Have a Breath and Energy Orgasm.
