# Lunch Positive to relaunch Positive Times wellbeing project

Local HIV charity and lunch club **Lunch Positive** is to relaunch its **Positive Times** wellbeing project, which is a range of peer-led activities, all focussed on five ways to wellbeing: **Connect**, **Be Active**, **Take Notice**, **Keep** **Learning** and **Give**.

On **Thursday, April 20**, the charity is having a **Spring Wander** to **Cuckmere Haven**, taking in the riverside and beach, followed by a luscious picnic! Transport provided. Members should sign up at the **Friday Lunch Club** or **Tuesday Drop-in** at **Dorset Gardens Methodist Church**, Dorset Gardens, Brighton, BN2 1RL.
