Are you passionate about supporting the LGBTQ+ community? Are you a good listener who wants to develop your listening skills?

If you answer YES to these questions, and are are organised, reliable and comfortable using computers and smartphones, then[ **LGBT Switchboard**](https://switchboard.lgbt/?ref=scenemag.co.uk) is looking for **Listening Volunteers** to answer phonecalls, emails and webchats to support LGBTQ+ people with questions or who just want to chat.

You’ll commit to:

– Three sessions of online training  
– Two shifts a month once you’re qualified.
