# Independent artist FORD releases summer bop Infatuation😏💭

Here at **Scene HQ**, we’re passionate about championing independent artists and Newcastle Upon Tyne based independent singer and songwriter **FORD** has just dropped a summer bop called *Infatuation*, seamlessly blending elements of pop, dance, and R&B.

FORD said “*Infatuation* is all about that person you lock eyes with and you see them all the time you know you both want each other and it’s pure infatuation! They even creep into your dreams at night!” So he wrote a song about it. Who’s it about? Well that’s for him to know and you to find out….

Lyrically, *Infatuation* explores the intoxicating feeling of being consumed by someone, a whirlwind of emotions that blurs reason and logic and resonate with anyone who has experienced the heady rush of newfound attraction.

The production is polished, with lush synths and subtle electronic flourishes. FORD’s voice remains the focal point, delivering vulnerability and sensuality in equal measure. The chorus, with its infectious hook, is bound to stay with you long after the song ends.
