# Get your running shoes on for Brighton & Hove Frontrunners’ Couch to 5k

Following the announcement of a[ **Rainbow Run** ](https://www.scenemag.co.uk/brighton-hove-5km-rainbow-run-to-raise-funds-for-brighton-rainbow-fund-on-friday-august-4/)to raise funds for **Brighton Rainbow Fund**, LGBTQ+ running group **Brighton & Hove Frontrunners** has announced its **Couch to 5K** course in partnership with [Brighton and Hove Rainbow 5k Run 2023](https://www.bhfrontrunners.org.uk/rainbow-run/?ref=scenemag.co.uk)!

This eight-week course commences **Wednesday, June 7** at **7pm** – and then every Wednesday thereafter until the Rainbow Run on **Friday, August 4** – and will be led by a qualified leader in run fitness, with access to a WhatsApp group for updates and support!

Meeting point is the bike/bus shelter behind **King Alfred** carpark. Cost: **£20**, including Rainbow Run entry.
