**Chappell Roan** has announced a two-night charity event in Los Angeles to raise money for trans youth and LGBTQ+ advocacy groups.

The singer-songwriter will headline *The Super Graphic Spectacular* at **The Shrine Auditorium** on **21 and 22 October**, with the event also featuring drag performers, comedians and special guest artists.

According to organisers, the fundraiser will combine live entertainment with community engagement activities, including volunteer opportunities and resource stalls hosted by local non-profit organisations.

A press release described the event as “a two-day, Los Angeles-based charity fundraiser that features live entertainment, charitable efforts, meaningful community engagement and a special Chappell Roan performance”.

It added: “The event marks one full year of impact since The Midwest Princess Project’s inception, and all net proceeds will be donated to power the next chapter of the organisation’s work.”

The event will celebrate the first anniversary of the **Midwest Princess Project**, the non-profit organisation Roan launched in 2025 to support LGBTQ+ communities through grants, outreach and advocacy.

The organisation says it has raised more than $800,000 during its first year through public donations and proceeds from Roan’s 2025 *Visions of Damsels & Other Dangerous Things* pop-up series. Funding has been distributed to community and advocacy organisations in California, New York and Roan’s home state of Missouri.

All net proceeds from *The Super Graphic Spectacular* will go towards the Midwest Princess Project’s programmes supporting transgender young people, including advocacy work, healthcare access initiatives and community outreach.

The announcement comes amid increasing concerns among LGBTQ+ organisations in the United States about political and legislative attacks on trans rights, particularly those affecting young people’s access to healthcare and support services.
