**Laced with jazz standards and cocktails,** this retelling of the Greek Phaedra tragedy creates a sultry tapestry of love’s eternal struggle with passion, addiction, choice and fate.

Award-winning LynchPin Productions Theatre Company returns to Brighton Fringe with *You Give Me Fever – the Phaedra Cabaret*. It’s a classic story backed up by classy jazz standards including *Mad About the Boy*, *Bewitched*, *Fever* and an array of tasty cocktails. Tragedy with a twist…

Written by **Jack Lynch** (*Emily Dickinson & I; Cloning Mary Shelley; Consider This…*) with West End actress **Pippa Winslow** (*The Phantom of the Opera; Hairspray; Sister Act; The Sound of Music*) as our heroine **Fey**, and the brilliant fingerstyle jazz guitarist **James Shannon**.

**Writer/director Jack Lynch, said:** “*This show is a truly eclectic mix of styles that is bound to bewitch audiences, whether you’re drawn because of the subject or because you love jazz.
