The young people at LGBTU+ youth charity, [**Allsorts Youth Project**](https://www.allsortsyouth.org.uk/?ref=scenemag.co.uk), have been working hard to release the[ latest episode](http://www.anchor.fm/allsortsyouthproject?ref=scenemag.co.uk) of *Allsorts of Thoughts –* a podcast made by and for LGBTU+ young people.

The latest episode, [*Allsorts of Wellbeing*](http://www.anchor.fm/allsortsyouthproject?ref=scenemag.co.uk), is a gathering of ideas, tips and information about how to embrace the practical things that we can all do for our mental wellbeing. The team of young people behind the podcast were inspired by **World Mental Health Day** last month and chose this as a focus for their first episode produced entirely online!

Everyone’s mental wellbeing is important and now more than ever we can all do things to help us along the way. *Allsorts of Wellbeing* takes a close look at some of top tips for wellbeing and mindfulness through an insightful interview with Allsorts’ LGBT+ Youth Support Worker, **Anna Roscher**.

Anna shares her personal and professional knowledge, alongside some great book recommendations and practical things to try out.

Anna says: *“The only constant in our life is change and there are tools to navigate that uncertainty, we don’t have to suffer, we can feel good if we use the right tools”*, and reassures LGBTU+ listeners that *“if you’re struggling, there are people who care…if you want to talk to someone at Allsorts we’re here, we can help.”*

This episode also introduces new hosts with new segments including **Felice’s Faves** for some LGBTQ+ media reviews!

**Jo Ansell**, LGBT+ Youth Support Worker and lead on *Allsorts of Thoughts,* said: *“I have had the privilege of working behind the scenes to make this episode happen. The superb young people who have put hours of time, thought and effort into making this episode have been dedicated and truly inspiring!”*

This youth-led episode is a showcase of an ambition to thrive and keep going despite adversity, and entertains, inspires and brings a message of hope during these challenging times.
